This four hour all inclusive wedding plan for up to 85 guest includes:
Private & Exclusive Charter onboard The Indian River Queen.
The Queen cruises along the gentle Indian River Lagoon (ICW).
Boarding from Cocoa Village Marina 90 Delannoy Ave. Cocoa, Florida.
Your wedding on the Queen will be customized exclusively for you. You can choose to have a red carpet affair with your ceremony topside or in the Queen’s room. Following the ceremony your reception will begin with passed appetizers, libations and music. Your guest will join you following your photo shoot in the Queen’s Room for dinner, cake cutting and a traditional champagne toast. Following dinner you and your guest will dance the night away following your first dance. Before returning to the dock there will be plenty of time for other wedding rituals such as the bouquet and garter toss. You and your Groom can make a quick get away or receive best wishes at the gangway as your guest disembark.
FLOWERS
You will personally be able to select your flowers during a design session with our flower designer.
Your plan will include your customized Bridle Bouquet / Two Brides Maids Bouquet / your Grooms Boutonniere / Two Usher Boutonnières and a bag of flower petals to toss during the procession.
Also included are Two additional corsages for your special guest and Eight Centerpieces
for your guest tables and a special sweet heart table arrangement.
PHOTOGRAPHER
Professional Photographer will capture all of your special moments from the ceremony to when we
return to the dock. You will receive a DVD of edited images in high resolution with the photo release.
Also included in your plan is a Digital Proof album with up to 100 images.
DJ OR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT & MASTER OF CEREMONY
The Queen’s Wedding Planner will assist you with choosing the best entertainment for your affair. You have the option of live entertainment or a Disc Jockey. All of our entertainers will also provide Master of Ceremony Services with this plan.
WEDDING OFFICIATE SERVICE
Captain James Georges, the Master of the Queen is the official officiates onboard. Choose to exchange Captain’s unique vows or write your own. You may also choose to walk through the entire ceremony at a rehearsal prior to your big day. If you prefer to choose your own officiate you are welcome to do so.
WEDDING CAKE & CAKE CUTTING CEREMONY
Choose a Traditional Three Tier Wedding Cake or have our cake designer create a special design just for you. Sample various flavors and styles during a private design and cake tasting session.
Cake cutting service also provided.
THE BAR
Your guest can enjoy the Open Call Brand Bar following the ceremony and until we return to the dock.

THE QUEEN'S WEDDING PLANNER
The Queen’s Professional Wedding Planner will ensure smooth sailing on your wedding day. She will handle all details associated with services in this wedding package. Examples of some of her duties would be ordering – meetings - deliverer scheduling - set-up - decorating –coordinating vendors and directing the wedding agenda. The Wedding Planner will also ensure that all administration services are provided such as Crewing / Staff /Management / Insurance / Dockage / Sewage / Line handlers / Utilities / Set up / Cleanup /Event Coordinating Service / Office Management /Marina Security / fuel /Water / Garbage/ License / Certifications / Permits/ Marketing/ Reservations
This plan also includes administration fees & event planning.
This 4 hour All –inclusive price for up to 100 Guest $10,000 + 6% sales tax
$75 for every additional guest over 100
