Space is limited to 38 per vessel. Visit Island Boat Lines to view boats. The Indian River Queen is also available for Private VIP Charters. Certified to carry up to 250 passengers. You will pay for your cruise on the boat. ALL LAUNCH CRUISE TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE to another launch mission. Closely monitor the launch date status before finalizing your travel plans to Florida. Launches are always subject to change and have unanticipated delays. If you need to cancel your reservation you must call 321-454-7414 in advance to avoid being charged full fair. If the launch date and time changes we will disregard all reservations and you will not have to call to reschedule. You will be required to call again to secure a boarding pass for the rescheduled launch cruise. Planning Your Launch Day: Your name will be your reservation when you board. If you pre-purchased your Boarding Pass online you must have a printed voucher to board the vessel. You must arrive on time. Wear comfortable footwear and jackets in the event of cool weather. The vessels will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time. In the event the launch time has not been posted, plan to board 1.5 hours before Lift Off. We depart the dock one hour prior to Lift Off. Expect heavy traffic on launch day. Plan extra travel time. We will not hold the vessels or return to the dock to pick up any late passengers. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If is your responsibility to keep up to date with the current launch date information. We will not call passengers in the event of a launch schedule change. We will post a general phone message so that all instructions are clear. What's NOT permitted on the Queen: No coolers! You are not permitted to bring any alcohol onboard the Queen! We have a full service bar that will provide beverages & snacks. Fire arms or weapons of any type (with or without a permit are not permitted! Smoking PERMITTED outside only. |
