Have your entire event planned by the "Queen’s" event planners. They will ensure smooth sailing during your event. The "Queen’s" planners will handle all details associated with services provided on board the Indian River Queen. They will also work closely with your personal event planner should you have one.
Meetings, Scheduling, Set-up, Clean-up, Decorating, Coordinating vendors, Agenda direction, Crew, Staff Management, Administration services, Insurance, Dockage, Sewage, Line handlers, Event Coordinating, Office Management, Marina Security, Fuel, Water, Garbage, Licenses, Certifications, Permits, Marketing & Reservations.

The "Queen’s" Fresh Flowers
We can provide customized arrangements and bouquets to enhance your event. Complete wedding flower plans are also available and designed exclusively for the brides. Flowers are flown in from all over the world by our flower designer to ensure the best quality and most beautiful arrangements possible.
The "Queen’s" Wedding Cakes
Brides and Grooms get to enjoy a cake tasting with their sweetie. Brides need not about messy details like cake delivery and cutting. Our crew will take care of all of those details.
The Queen’s Professional Photographer will capture all of your special moments from your ceremony and reception. You will receive one (1) thumb drive of edited jpeg images in high resolution with the photo release for reproduction and a slide show album to be play on a personal computer or MAC (must be specified). Additional copies, prints, books, portraits and portfolio’s can be purchased directly from the photographer at an additional cost.
A professional videographer can be on location, capturing your event from all angles. The host will receive 3 high qualities DVD’s produced in HD format. Your DVD will be professionally edited with effects and music. DVD’s will be presented in custom packaging.
The Queen’s videographer will produce a customized video “Trailer” featuring all of your event highlights. Your trailer will be uploaded for you on YouTube so you can share with your friends and families.
DJ or Live Entertainment
The "Queen’s" event planner will assist you with choosing the best entertainment for your affair. You have the option of live entertainment or a Disc Jockey. The cost is based on the time of event, number of players in the band and the popularity of the band.
Captain Tim Sheridan is the Queens Officiate. Choose to exchange
Captain Tims unique vows or write your own. You may also choose to walk
through the entire ceremony at a rehearsal prior to the big day.
The Queen’s Brides have the option of relaxing in the marina's lounge while their guests are boarding, so that she can make a grand entrance. This beautiful room has comfortable couches, a television, restrooms with large mirrors and showers.
Master of Ceremony
If you don’t have anyone who chooses to be in charge during your event you will appreciate our Master of Ceremony services. Your time line, music choice and special announcements will be made on your behalf.
Limousine & Motor Coach Transportation Service or "Getaway" Cars are
available by outside venders. If required, the Queen’s Planner can
assist you with obtaining these services.
Cigar & Cognac Bar
After Dinner gather topside for fine Cognac and a good cigar. Advance
orders are required if you would like to the Queen to stock cigars for
your event .
It is customary to compensate Bar & Ships Staff a gratuity similar to any restaurant or fine resort. Use this guide to determine the amount you would like to leave:
Cash Bar Service recommended gratuity: 15%+
Prepaid Bar/Group charters gathering on public events should pay a minimum gratuity of: 10%
Private charter Host Gratuity is based on the sub total of their event.
