The "Queen’s" Event Planners
Have your entire event planned by the "Queen’s" event planners. They will ensure smooth sailing during your event. The "Queen’s" planners will handle all details associated with services provided on board the Indian River Queen. They will also work closely with your personal event planner should you have one.

Duties included in this service
Meetings, Scheduling, Set-up, Clean-up, Decorating, Coordinating vendors, Agenda direction, Crew, Staff  Management, Insurance, Dockage, Sewage, Line handlers, Administration services, Event Coordinating, Office Management, Marina Security, Fuel, Water, Garbage, Licenses, Certifications, Permits, Marketing & Reservations.

The "Queen’s" Fresh Flowers
We can provide customized arrangements and bouquets to enhance your event. Complete wedding flower plans are also available and designed exclusively for the brides. Flowers are flown in from all over the world by our flower designer to ensure the best quality and most beautiful arrangements possible.

The "Queen’s" Wedding Cakes
Brides and Grooms get to enjoy a cake tasting with their sweetie. Brides need not about messy details like cake delivery and cutting.  Our crew will take care of all of those details.  

Photographer
The Queen’s Professional Photographer will capture all of your special moments from your ceremony and reception. You will receive one (1) thumb drive of edited jpeg images in high resolution with the photo release for reproduction and a slide show album to be play on a personal computer or MAC (must be specified). Additional copies, prints, books, portraits and portfolio’s can be purchased directly from the photographer at an additional cost.

Premium Features Video & Trailer
The features video (approximately 15-20 minutes long) will be professionally edited with effects and music. You will receive a Blu-Ray disc or flash drive of your video produced in HD format. The Queen's professional videographer will also create a video trailer the length of one song. Your trailer will capture the highlights of your event. It will be uploaded onto YouTube so that you can share it with your family and friends with ease.

Officiate Service
The Queen’s official Captain Officiate has unique vows you can exchange or you may choose to write your own. You also have the option to walk through the entire ceremony at a rehearsal prior to the big day.
 
The Lounge
The Queen’s Brides have the option of relaxing in the marina's lounge while their guests are boarding, so that she can make a grand entrance. This beautiful room has comfortable couches, a television, restrooms with large mirrors and showers.

Master of Ceremony
If you don’t have anyone who chooses to be in charge during your event you will appreciate our Master of Ceremony services.  Your time line, music choice and special announcements will be made on your behalf.

DJ or Live Entertainment
The Queen’s event planner will assist you with choosing the best entertainment for your affair. You have the option of live entertainment or a DJ.  The cost is based on the time of event, number of players in the band and the popularity of the band.

Transportation
Limousine & Motor Coach Transportation Service or "Getaway" Cars are available by outside venders. If required, the Queen’s Planner can assist you with obtaining these services.

Beverage Options

Open Bar Options feature three levels of service, Beer & Wine / Crew’s Call / Captains Top Shelf-Premium.  Drink tokens are also available as well as Cash bar or Consumption Tabs.

Cigar & Cognac Bar
After Dinner gather topside for fine Cognac and a good cigar. Advance orders are required if you would like to the Queen to stock cigars for your event .

Server Gratuity

It is customary to compensate Bar & Ships Staff a gratuity similar to any restaurant or fine resort. Use this guide to determine the amount you would like to leave:

• Cash Bar Service recommended 15%+ gratuity
  
• Prepaid Bar, Group Charter or Public Event recommended 10%+ gratuity
  
• Private Charter Host Gratuity based on sub total of event.
  

Parking
Onsite parking is available with most events.
