Services Aboard the Indian River Queen
Most packages include linens, flatware and candle centerpiece for the tables. China service is provided in the Queen's Room and disposable dishes on all outside decks. Open bar service for the call brand is included with most packages. (Option to upgrade is available)

If you do not wish to have OPEN BAR SERVICE included in your package, deduct $15. from the per person rate. Your guests will still be entitled to non-alcohol beverages for no additional charge. Cash bar is also available upon request.

++ Surcharges and Taxes: Sales taxes and administration fees will be add to all fees. Your quote will also include parking, private charter, requested menu and beverage plan, organizing and event planning, vender fees, setup, cleanup, linen service, china and flatware, crew and staff, scheduling, licenses, permits, insurance, fuel, parking, etc...... Hosts also have the option of including photography, cake service, flowers and entertainment into your all inclusive rate.
Gratuity's: Gratuity for service providers are typically paid in advance since most guest do not expect to pay when attending an event they have been invited to. Tip servers the same as you would at any fine hotel or restaurant. 5-10 % of your sub-total is sufficient. The host has the option of permitting TIP JAR if they prefer to let their guests tip servers personally.
Parking: On site parking is provided on the weekends and after office hours during the week. The parking fee will be included in your quote Map our location.
Bus Drop off Location: 19 Indian River Drive, Cocoa Fl 32922 Bus drivers should drop their passenger off roadside at the beginning of the boardwalk. If there is any questions drivers should call in advance 321-302-0544 Map our location
NO BUS PARKING PERMITTED AT THE MARINA. Park busses at the SunTrust Bank on highway 520 across the street from the marina or at the Public Library. Map our location.

Private Charter: To secure your private charter and or event date a $350 non-refundable deposit is required. A payment plan will be submitted with your function sheet which will outline all of the details of your charter. 50% of your balance must be paid 3 months prior to your event/function. Your entire balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to your event/function. Considering limited availability and your exclusive use of the Queen, once we receive your deposit we will be blocking your date for you. All payments for private charters are non-refundable. Payment Plan:
We offer many "ready made" packages for you to choose from. Most packages are designed to be a 3 or 4 hour function. 1/2 hour for boarding - 2 1/4 hours underway - 15 min. dockside to conclude your event. A variety of menu's are also available. We can also create a package with menu's and times exclusively for you. Packages are created for groups of 50-150. The Queen is certified to accommodate up to 261 passengers.
We have Chefs and Catering teams to serve onboard the Queen. Our caterers use the freshest of products to prepare a home cooked meal for your event. Most packages included house linens / flatware and candle centerpiece for the tables. China service is included in the Wedding’s Dinner Party’s.
3 hour packages are NOT subject to any additional hourly charter fees. If you would like to extend the time of your function add $10 PP for every additional hour - Add $5 for every extra hour you would like to extend your call brand host bar. Most packages include Open Bar Service for the CALL BRAND inventory. The Host has the option to upgrade the bar to Top-Shelf for an additional fee of $8 PP.
