We offer many “ready made” packages for you to choose from. Most packages are designed to be a 3 hour function. 1/2 hr. for boarding - 2 1/4 hrs. underway - 15 min. dockside to conclude your event. A variety of menu's are also available. We can also create a package with menu's and times exclusively for you. Packages are created for groups of 50-150.

We have selected the Chefs and Catering teams to serve onboard the Queen. Our caterers use the freshest of products to prepare a home cooked meal for your event. Most packages included house linens / flatware & candle centerpiece for the tables. China service is included in the Wedding Dinner Package / VIP functions and "The Dinner Party". You can include china service to any package for an additional charge.

3 hr. packages are NOT subject to any additional hourly charter fees. If you would like to extend the time of your function add $10 pp for every additional hr. Add $5. for every extra hr. you would like to extend your call brand host bar. Most packages include OPEN BAR SERVICE for the CALL BRAND inventory. The Host has the option to upgrade the bar to TOP-SHELF for an additional fee of $8.pp

Black Scotch, Single Malt Scotch, Crown Royal Rye, Patron Tequila, Jameson’s Irish Whiskey, Grand Marnier, Drambuie, B&B, Courvoisier VSOP, Hennessey VSOP

*If you do not wish to have OPEN BAR SERVICE included in your package deduct $15. from the per person rate. Your Guest will still be entitled to non-alcohol beverages for no additional charge. Cash bar will also be available upon request.

Entertainment: Most packages include live entertainment. Choose from a traditional Dixieland band, southern rock, jazz, blues, country, disco, gospel, soul, reggae, steel drum, jimmy buffet style of music, bluegrass , rock & roll.

SURCHARGES... All fees are subject to 6% Florida sales tax & 19% administration fees. Administration fees does not include tips for servers, bartenders and the band. Administration fee covers all of other necessary task associated with organizing the function such as Set up, clean up, linen services, sewage control, crewing, event planning &meetings, scheduling, etc...............

Gratuity's... The Host has the option of permitting TIP JARS if they prefer to let their guest tip servers personally. Otherwise, a gratuityfor service is appreciated. You should tip your servers the same as you would at any fine hotel or restaurant. Tips can be paid in advance if tip jars are not permitted.

Parking…On site parking is provided on the weekends and after office hour during the week. The parking fee is $5. per car. This fee must be paid in advance and will be included in your final payment. To determine the number of spaced you will need calculate 3 passenger per car.

Bus Drop Off Location: 19 Indian River Drive, Cocoa Fl 32922

Bus drivers should drop their passenger off roadside at the mouth of the Marinas boardwalk. If there is any questions drivers should call in advance 321-302-0544

NO BUS PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THE MARINA. Park busses at the SunTrust Bank on highway 520 across the street from the marina or at the Public Library.

Reservation: To secure your reservation & date a $350 non-refundable deposit is required. A payment plan will be submitted with your function sheet which will outline all of the details of your charter. 50% of your balance must be paid 3 months prior to your function. Your entire balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to your function. Considering limited availability and your exclusive use of the Queen, once we receive your deposit we will be blocking your date for you. All payments for private charters are non-refundable.
