On the main deck you will find the “Queen’s Room”. This non-smoking air conditioned room is fully equipped with bar, dance floor, music, dinner buffet, restrooms & comfortable seating.  On the 2^nd deck enjoy a Welcome Aboard Reception with music, bar service and passed appetizers in the comfort of the shade.

The Queen recently underwent an extensive 2 yr. renovation project.

We offer many “ready made” packages for you to choose from. Most packages are designed to be a 3 hour function. 1/2 hr. for boarding - 2 1/4 hrs. Underway - 15 min. dockside to conclude your event. A variety of menu's are also available. We can also create a package with menu's and times exclusively for you. Packages are created for groups of 50-150.                                  We have selected the Chefs and Catering teams to serve onboard the Queen. Our caterers use the freshest of products to prepare a home cooked meal for your event. Most packages included house linens / flatware & candle centerpiece for the tables. China service is provided in the Queen’s Room & disposable dishes on all outside decks..     3 hr. packages are NOT subject to any additional hourly charter fees. If you would like to extend the time of your function add $10 pp for every additional hr. Add $5. for every extra hr. you would like to extend your call brand host bar.                                        OPEN BAR SERVICE for the CALL BRAND is included with most packages. The Host has the option to upgrade the bar to TOP-SHELF for an additional fee of $8.pp

Entertainment: Most packages include live entertainment. Choose from a traditional Dixieland band, southern rock, jazz, blues, country, disco, gospel, soul, reggae, steel drum, jimmy buffet style of music, bluegrass, rock & roll. We aim to please…              SURCHARGES... All fees are subject to 6% Florida sales tax & 19% administration fees. An administration fee does not include tips for servers, bartenders and the band. Administration fee covers all of other necessary task associated with organizing the function such as Set up, clean up, linen services, sewage control, crewing, event planning & meetings, scheduling, insurance etc...............  Gratuity's... The Host has the option of permitting TIP JARS if they prefer to let their guest tip servers personally. Otherwise, a gratuity for service is required to be paid in advance. You should tip your servers the same as you would at any fine hotel or restaurant. 5-10 % of your sub-total.                                        Parking…On site parking is provided on the weekends and after office hour during the week. The parking fee is $5. per car. This fee must be paid in advance and will be included in your final payment. To determine the number of spaces you require, calculate 3 passengers per car.                         Bus Drop off Location: 19 Indian River Drive, Cocoa Fl 32922Bus drivers should drop their passenger off roadside at the beginning of the boardwalk.. If there is any questions drivers should call in advance 321-302-0544       NO BUS PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THE MARINA. Park busses at the SunTrust Bank on highway 520 across the street from the marina or at the Public Library. Reservation: To secure your reservation & date a $350 non-refundable deposit is required. A payment plan will be submitted with your function sheet which will outline all of the details of your charter. 50% of your balance must be paid 3 months prior to your function. Your entire balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to your function. Considering limited availability and your exclusive use of the Queen, once we receive your deposit we will be blocking your date for you. All payments for private charters are non-refundable.

Traditional Florida Riverboat Theme...

Country and Folk music will keep everyone grinning

from ear to ear while Cowboys “crack the whip” during boarding.

This turn of the century Florida Cracker riverboat charter has a Cowboy Flair with costumes & music that will intrigue and entertain your guest.  Southern hospitality and southern food will bring back memories of the past.  Food theme would include fresh seafood stations, gumbo, alligator, BBQ, catfish, collard greens, okra, hoppen beans and rice, corn on the cob, corn bread etc.

No need to tote party favors back to the hotel. A Fresh Florida Fruit Stand will be offering complimentary sipping & shipping service to your guest. The flavor of the evening will continue when they arrive home to Fresh Florida Fruit.

...  All special beverages will be made with fresh squeezed fruit such as mangos, citrus, papaya, kiwi, strawberries etc.

Three Hour Cruise … Gillian’s Island- Party Cruise. The Queen’s crew or yours will be in character similar to the crew of SS Minnow. Fun and games will keep your guest busy on this “Three Hour Cruiser”. Ginger may be performing in the Queen’s Room while upstairs a Calypso band plays island tunes. The Professor and MaryAnn will be in charge of the fun and games, while Mr. and Mrs. Howell enjoy the fabulous evening. Tropical beverages, Tropical exotic flowers & Tropical style Food will be enjoyed by your Guest. The Skipper and his little buddy will run a real tight ship and return you to the dock safely. Promise………

The Love Boat……….

This is always a favorite theme for couples. Traditional cruise ship food, cheesy entertainment, fun and games will keep your Guest talking about the evening for years to come!

Mardi Gras traditional New Orleans style riverboat cruise.. 

This affair will have both Jazz music in the Queen's Room and traditional Dixieland music on the second deck.  The Dixieland band will encourage audience participation with songs such as "When the Saints come marching in" and other favorites.  Decor will be red, white and blue with flowers galore!

Cajun, French and southern food is recommended for this event.

Flower Power… 70’s Disco Cruise…

Say no more…

NO THEME……… People make the party! You don’t really need a theme for a successful cruise on the Queen.  Your Guest will still enjoy great food, entertainment, top shelf beverage, service and a private paddlewheel boat cruise on the Indian River. This unique venue is unmatched and your Guest will treasure the experience!

Step 2. Food Service: Listed below are some options to choose from

Select a presentation style. 

• Help yourself to special food stations on all decks. This format is ideal for a party cruise on the Queen. All three decks are open and the perfect ambiance for mingling, moving about, and sightseeing, relaxing, dancing and enjoying the music. The food will be passed and set at food stations so you’re Guest can help themselves or have a special dish made to order. Everyone on-board will enjoy every aspect of this format. It is my favorite!
• Buffet: Passed hors’douvers will be served during the welcome aboard reception followed by a buffet set in the Queen’s Room that will open once we cast off.
• Plated Dinner: Customized menu served table side in courses.
•  Step 3. Choose the time you would like to cruise.
