This all inclusive  four hour wedding plan for up to 75 guest includes:
A Private & Exclusive Charter onboard The Indian River Queen
The Queen cruises along the gentle Indian River Lagoon (ICW).

Boarding from Cocoa Village Marina: 90 Delannoy Avenue, Cocoa, Florida

FLOWERS
Creatively custom designed wedding flowers include One Brides Bouquet / Two Brides Maids Bouquet / One Grooms Boutonniere / Two Usher Boutonnières / Two additional Corsages for special guest of the Bride & Groom / Eight Customized Centerpieces  and a special Sweet Heart Table arrangement and one Bag of Rose Petals.  


PHOTOGRAPHER
The Queen's  professional photographer will  capture all of the special moments of your wedding cruise. You will receive  one CD with the images captured which you will have full rights to. Also you can purchase additional photos and CD’s directly from the photographer if you choose.

 
VICTORIOUS VIDEOGRAPHER
Professional Videographer will be on location to capture your moment from all angles.  The Bride will receive 3 high qualities DVD’s produced in HD format.  The video will feature you’re story capturing you’re moment!  Your DVD will be professionally edited with effects and music and presented in custom packaging.    

 
DJ OR LIVE ENTERTAINMENT & MASTER OF CEREMONY
Our Brides love the Queen’s in house entertainment service.  You will too!!!  You have the option of selecting DJ service for your affair or Live entertainment.
Master of Ceremony Services will also be provided by our entertainment.

 
WEDDING OFFICIATE SERVICE
Captain James George, the Master of the Queen is the official officiates onboard. Choose to exchange Captain’s unique vows or write your own. You also have the opportunity to have a rehearsal prior to your big day. 
*Outside officiates also welcome to do ceremonies onboard the Queen if you prefer.   

 
WEDDING CAKE & CAKE CUTTING CEREMONY
Choose a Traditional Three Tier Wedding Cake or have our cake designer create a special design just for you.  Sample various flavors and styles during a private design tasting session.
Cake cutting service also provided.    

 
THE BEVERAGE PLAN
Captain’s Top Shelf Open Bar following the ceremony. Non alcohol beverages also included

 
CHAMPAGNE TOAST
Champagne Toast either following the ceremony / pre dinner toast or pre cake cutting toast.

 THE QUEEN'S WEDDING PLANNER
The Queen’s Professional Wedding Planner will ensure smooth sailing on your wedding day.   She will handle all details associated with services in this wedding package.  Examples of some of her duties would be ordering – meetings - deliverer scheduling - set-up - decorating –coordinating vendors and directing the wedding agenda.  This Wedding Plan also includes administration fees to provide Crewing / Staff /Management / Insurance / Dockage / Sewage / Line handlers / Utilities / Set up / Cleanup /Event Coordinating Service / Office Management & Meetings /Marina Security / fuel /Water / Garbage/ License / Certifications / Permits/ Reservations /Parking fees China, flatware, Chairs & Tables/ Linens, Cake cutting,  Bar Staff, Set up, Clean up, House Sound System, Crewing, Private Charter, Dockage.
 
All-inclusive price:
Up to 75  Guest:  $10,750 +6% sales tax
$100 pp for every additional guest.


ALL WEDDING PLANS INCLUDE CHINA, LINEN, CHAIRS, TABLES & SERVICE.
The crew will set up prior to the wedding and clean the vessel after you and your guests have departed.

PAYMENT
A deposit of $350 is required to secure a date. If your wedding is more then a year out, a portion of your payment must be paid every three months.  50% must be paid in full 3 months prior to the event. Your balance is due in full, 2 weeks prior to wedding. You are welcome to request any changes to any of the plans posted.  We will also customize a plan to suit your needs. Bar staff gratuities are NOT included in quotes.
